i just got this ipad like a month ago and have been on since then it his thing this controlling I can’t stay from off of it i love this thing people if you have and this is your first ipad then you will know what I’m talking about but I love nay ipad but people first timers please be aware 



Pizza Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped, large
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp dried whole oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried whole basil
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 8 oz macaroni, uncooked
  • 3 ½ oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine beef, onion and green pepper in large Dutch oven. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to Dutch oven. Add garlic salt, pepper, oregano, basil and pizza sauce. Stir well. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Cook macaroni according to directions, omitting salt; drain. Add to meat mixture, stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 8″ x 12″ x 2″ baking dish. Top evenly with pepperoni. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes.

Checking In and Checking Out

The Science of Mom

This morning, I sat on the patio of a coffee shop, alone. Alone. I enjoyed a latte and gorgeous plate of french toast. My breakfast did not require a bib or a booster seat. There were no interruptions and no rushing to finish my food in anticipation of the “all done” sign from BabyC. It was heaven.

I wondered, why didn’t I sit alone at a coffee shop before I had a child? I should have done this every weekend! Instead, I always ordered my coffee to go and sat with it at work, often on a Saturday morning, when the lab was quiet. Maybe I would eat a scone out of a paper bag while scrolling through my email.

Isn’t that the way it always works? I thought I was too busy then to lounge at a coffee shop when in fact that is exactly what I should have…
